It is very important to think of everything when creating this blueprint. When going through this process, you must carefully evaluate every promotion, certification and test you have achieved.

Ideally, your career blueprint should identify your endeavors toward the perfect job for you, as well as assist you in creating an appropriate resume. It should also indicate your process in acquiring the corresponding certifications or qualifications for the job at hand. In addition, the blueprint should showcase the skills that you have perfected over time.

In the creation phase of your career blueprint, be sure to include your transition into management, along with your path to arrival. Any efforts you made toward midlife career certifications or skills should also be included in the blueprint.
